Affordable Helicopter Share Ownership, Pilot Provided
Helicopter shared ownership, made easy.
By offering to sell shares in our helicopters, Aviation Concepts of America allows professional business people who would be inclined to use a helicopter for efficiency or convenience, buy-in for a fraction of the cost of a new helicopter. By sharing the purchase price, the maintenance cost, the cost of hanger rental and totally eliminating the cost of a full-time pilot, your savings are astronomical and the purchase price may be 100% depreciable (ask your accountant).
Ignore the day-to-day responsibilities of helicopter ownership, and let us take care of it, that’s what we do!

Experienced Professional Helicopter & Airplane Pilot Leasing
Our crew of professional pilots consists of commercial rated helicopter and in some
cases dual rated airplane pilots. These professionals pilots receive various levels of
ongoing flight training throughout the year and are factory trained in the A-Star annually
at the Airbus Factory in Grand Prairie, TX.
Our Chief Pilot is responsible for and will insure the highest level of competence and currency. These pilots fly this model of helicopter almost daily and remain at the highest level of proficiency possible, insuring a safe trip for all of our clients.

Airplane & Helicopter Management & Leasing
Many people will buy an aircraft and lease it to flight schools or other institutions in an effort to generate revenue while it’s not being used by the owner. Our Full service
leasing and management program provides hangering the aircraft, maintaining the aircraft and insuring that the aircraft is safe and ready to fly after each flight and that all scheduled maintenance is performed. Additionally, AVCON is also responsible for scheduling the leasing of the aircraft for the owner as well as collecting the owner's fee.
Our Chief Pilot will insure that the renting/leasing pilot is legally qualified to operate the aircraft, complying with both insurance and FAA requirements. He would then perform a “check ride” with any pilot wishing to operate the managed aircraft to ensure that they are capable of safely operating the aircraft, and have demonstrated proficiency in that specific aircraft. A check ride is required for any pilot who had previously been signed off but has not flown the aircraft within the past 90 days.

Continuing Education and Flight Training Opportunities
With many decades of experience in the Aviation industry, our helicopter and airplane instructors are second to none. Our instructors are constantly held to the highest of standards by our Director of Flight Operations and Chief Pilot and frequently evaluated for proficiency and knowledge. Only the best pilots in the industry will be utilized for your training. That’s our commitment!
